Our Fundamentals/On Ramp course offers personalised instruction and introduces CrossFit in a controlled group environment. During the course we will introduce you to the techniques, methodology and fun of CrossFit. Learn about AMRAPs, overhead squats, kipping, EMOMs, deadlifts, Olympic Weightlifitng, scaling, gymnasticsand much more. Upon completion of this course, you will have a seamless transition to progress into our group CrossFit sessions.
We are more than happy to arrange One on One Fundamentals Courses at times more suitable to you outside of our regular class times.
