Castaway Bootcamp

The Castaway Bootcamp is designed to give you an all-around workout and improve your fitness level. These hour-long sessions are led by highly qualified staff and include various kinds of circuit-training, functional exercises to improve strength, and highly-varied movements to maximize your cardio-vascular and overall conditioning. This is a great way to get accustomed to group fitness training and prepare for CrossFit.
